Food is sort of a microcosm of what humans do to the planet. Food production accounts for about 30 % of carbon dioxide emission, so it's very emission is intensive. Half of all habitable land on earth is used for food production. And we're also seeing that those impacts are getting worse as western meat heavy diets become more prevalent around the world. So there are an awful lot of problems that need to be solved here.
