It's so poorly planned I mean this really just shows you that there was no thought about the zero-covid thing Yeah, it was no like they're like oh, this is a great control mechanism We can change everyone's app from green to yellow to red to lock people down in a certain place. They don't really think about hey Maybe People will freak out and not want to be in that lockdown, right? "They're gonna go to crazy measures to get out of that situation," he says.
