Is There a Key Ingredient in E-Commerce?
I think ultimately it's going to be a very exciting time for retail in the next decade. It doesn't matter where the sale is made. There's one central nervous system for my entire business. I think that's what people are looking for. Forget all the bells and whistles. Maybe we do a token gate in NFT for tea at some point. But the fact that I can do it and not have to worry about will my platform support it, that is the key ingredient.
