Rahul: Find a problem you want to solve that can be solved technically and just build because as you build, you start to work those muscles. Rahul: I feel like the way of technology recruiting is currently done is that experience is kind of the end all be all. But now when we get into this AI stuff, it's really not as much about experience anymorebecause things are changing every week. And so I think young people should definitely start playing around so they can develop that skill set of being able to wrap the adapt to like the changing AI ecosystem.
