Sales Is the Name of the Game, You Know?
In an ideal world, in my opinion, we'd have sales train coming to the compliance world. We woud have those ideas about am, influence and persuasion. My er experience is that compliance people really enjoy that kind of training. But tha, we need to educate even companies. That's something th at they should be doing, to skill up their people in in the non sales area to be salesmen.
