The Pomodoro method, it's really awesome but one of the things that it doesn't always pick up with ADHD is that a 10 minute break. Sometimes we need a bit longer especially you know so giving yourself time to do it but also time to take a break and get into it again. And I would even say to explore what those timeframes are.
