Is There Going to Be a Shakeout?
It's the classic problem. Effectively, what they've done as if we created two thousand and eight in china. It's a boot leg version. And that's going to have a negative effect on chinese growth. But i think their government is in a better position to limit the damage because they have central control. Without real reform aretey're just kicking the can further and further down the road. Is there going to have to be a shakeout eventually? I think the shake out is already happening. They're putting money into things which are productive. You could argue that people in the west might benefit from that - yes.
