Incentivizing
I think insentivizing people is really important, and i do think that we were so focused on the negative consequences that he might have felt shame. I'd be curious to hear what kind of relationship would jake think would be ideal with his daughter, with becca, and vice versa as well. All those things were going on for him. And so yes, incentivizing certainly might have been helpful.
