Kirsten Cinema's Resignation

Kirsten Gillibrand switched parties about a year and a half ago, CNN's John Sutter says. The Hawaii Democrat was moving in the right direction for years before her switch, he says. "It just does not, it doesn't compute," Sutter says of why she would make such a move.
