Opportunity for Poise

i was thinking of writing something called a hundred and one opportunities for poise o. When there's something that goes wrong, or people's eyes are on me i say opportunity for poise. In my mind, i realize that people are looking at me and they're wondering, how's e going to react? Well, i think you even perfected it as a therapist, where instead of just reacting to people, you know, to whatever they said, you took the time to process it and think about the potential ways to respond. So i think that poise is a really interesting word because it's, again, it's a choice to be poised, regardless of what’s happening
