How to Be a Successful Business in Four Days

In four days, we produce 2% more than we used to in five, which is pretty remarkable. Are you surprised how well it's gone? Yes, really am. Really quite surprised. And it's got to the point now where I think a five day week is a bit odd. We did a lot of research beforehand. So we spoke to other organisations that already done a four day week. One of the big things that we looked at was our working mums and that's many are working mums. They were some of our best performing people. But we were paying them 20% less so they really helped us to work out how to do it well.
