Why You Shouldn't Change Jobs Frequently
If you're convinced that you're in a dead end technology, then the industry is moving away from it. That's true. But for me personally, if I was in an old company that would not adopt new technology, I would want to bounce. So when I hire someone like I want them to be on my team for several years. And so I want to hire people who are like, yeah, I'd love to learn new technologies and I do it fast and effectively and responsibly. If you can demonstrate through your work experience that you've been able to do that effectively, like I'm way on board with that.
