I was doing some research for one of the live lectures and I was looking up about muscle memory. It takes three to five hundred reps to get muscle memory, but then if you want to correct that when you're actually under stress it can take ten times that many reps. Mental simulation Can be very useful if we make that vivid and deliberate We can run through some of these things in our head and Start to solidify some of those same neural pathways that were created by practicing a skill.
