The Right to Privacy in the United States

Sally Kohn: Why are we so concerned about privacy to begin with? And do we think there's essentially legal protection, perhaps in the constitution itself, that people are right to privacy? She says she thinks of privacy as a fundamental right for autonomy, but also self-representation. Kohn: If you don't have privacy, you can't have speech, right? You're going to be surveilled by, not just police state, right? The two are very intermeshed at the moment.
