i b m was being attacked by two japanese companies that had sically clone the imem system. So we had o cut prices by almost 50 % in a period of a few months. The second thing i had to do, as i had to decide whether we were going to keep the company together or to break it up into pieces. And then thirdly, we just had to unlock the talent and get people working differently than worked before.
