Peter is mentioned 195 times in the new testament. The apostle after that is saint john, at forty eight times. There's clearly a premacy given to peter. You can't deny it. And so at this point too, like i don't think it's tenible any more. I'm to deny the premacy of peter. Some protestant scholars have attempted to do that,. but i think most are now recognizing, ye, p Peter clearly is the primary man and leader of the disciples.
