What Does It Look Like if It Were to Work?

i think there needs to be basically some form of centralization, whether that's like one big national spot market. I can't tell you how much i hate writing about electricity markets. The tamest vision i would have is one where people are held accountable for system integrity. It makes me want to rip what's left of my hair out. There were plenty of problems with the monopoly utility model,. sure, but it was at least clear whose fault it ws when things went south. And i'm sure your listeners feel this pervasive sense of foreboding or dread they're being on the hook for almost anything if they're in power.
