What Happened to the School of the Americas?

The School of America's graduates have been accused of war crimes and human rights violations. The Pentagon closed the school in 2000 but reopened it under a new name, Wine Sec. CNN's John Sutter met with former SOA head Glenn Whitener to get his side of the story. He insists that these individuals were never taught torture techniques or their crimes represented the unconscionable acts of a few rogue actors not the teachings of the SOA or terrorist states.
