What Is M43 Now?

We had one of again, this is another kind of happy accident or dumb luck or whatever. What we had was a brewery that was built to make 10,000 barrels of beer per year minimum and didn't have a performing product coming out of it. And the bonding of these lipids across what we thought might have been a protein bridge was where this more sort of semi permanent haze was coming from. We finally sort of after about three tries, we found what is now M43. It took us two or three years of being known and building up enough steam making new England IPAs before we dipped our toe back in the water traditional beers.
