The Importance of Research

Lindsey: There's just so much research out there that is just so boring and doesn't feel like it. Gunny: If you're not getting the bleeding heart of your customers into the walls of your business, I think that should scare us all. Lindsey: Research needs to make you feel what the audience feels or the people who are struggling with what you're studying or feeling. And if you don't do that, then it just sits in a PDF on a drive somewhere.
