The Hubble Telescope Detects the Oldest Light in the Universe
The oldest light in the universe is re shifted so badly that it's undetectable to regular telescopes like the hubble telescope and your backyard astronomer telescopes. That's why we say it's a time travelling telescope. I think it was fred hoyle or somebody who coined this slightly a derogatory name, but it stuck. It's typically journalists who come up with these names, time travelling telescope, god, particle, all that stuff. They're not scientific names, but yere these names catch on. Even the big bang was ithink. Now, what about time troubel? Why dowe?"
