I still feel that I have some you know maybe if you could trust the scales my fat percentage is maybe 14 and so I would love to be at 12 or 11. wish I was a little leaner but I also want more muscle and I'm like trying to do both and I'm not really seeing the change significantly and either. Most people won't experience this extremes here where the rate of fat losses are outstripping the ability for fat to come tight again in most cases they don't realize that it is going to come tight over time.
