Halo Top Ice Cream

Halo Top has the same amount of protein as any other ice cream. The co-founders are aware that they have the same sort of protein profile as other ice creams. They add prebiotic fiber is how they sort of bill it on the ingredients list. It's actually found in chicory root, which is where many of these sort of low carb foods get theirs.
