How to Deal With Destructive Doubts
i've been delivering sessions on ten effective strategies on how to deal with shubhat, which basically means destructive doubts. And those ten stratedies include focussing on the spiritual heart, gaining knowledge, islamic knowledge, critical thinking and having the right environment. So we've designed it in a way to teach people how to fish. Ra hen, just giving them a fish given them an answer, because youd just feed them for a day. If you give a man a fish, youll feed him for a lifetime. But there'ss more to unpack there than that. We're not really given them answers in particular. We may give some answers as case studies
