Roland Martin: Buy-to-rent is a fairly ubiquitous market. He says it's going to go back to depending on what price point we're talking about. Some clients are saying, "I want this to be something in my family" and will rent for several years before they buy the house themselves. That does make sense because rental payments can be pretty impressive, he says.
