The Best Leaders Create the Conditions for Psychological Safety
Amy edmondson came up with this concept of psychological safety, and she's just thinkers 50 have just said, you know, she's the number one management thinker in the world at the moment. And i think when people feel genuinely part of the team and valued and feel like they can add value, then you've got psychological safety. That's very strong. And i've personally experienced that quite a lot throughout my career but our hierarchial system does put constraints in the way. Of it is is unconscious. And therefore, as a leader in certain positions, had to create the conditions for people to open up and air the air their views.
