I was at a real cross words roads where I was considering not writing anymore, you know, why put myself through this day. So there had to be at least some type of reward for that, and it wasn't helped by the lack of feedback from satisfied readers. It's anybody who hasn't written more than one or two horror books they're just filled with adrenaline. And so yeah, I felt like I was pretty much,. you know, singing into to an empty room at that point.
