Should a Region Go?

The players have put themselves on the chopping block, says Mark Wall. If they don't follow through with it, then obviously their necks demand or their necks will be deemed as futile. I'm not sure any plan for the future works until that relationship improves. There's so much more that needs to be sorted out before wheels can know if they can sustain four regions.
