The Six Temple Themes in John 17
In Leviticus 16, the great high priest becomes sanctified so that he can do his duty. In John 17, verse 19, Jesus says, for their sakes I sanctify myself that they also might be sanctified through the truth. So those six temple themes are so important. Christ is given the name of the father. He's given it to his followers. The wicked one is cast out and Jesus is the sanctified high priest. And this is where Hamlin's argument has the most power.
