The Common Law
i think it's really interesting that we come back to the common law. I don't need to go to a judge to make this effective and to be recognized by this name, because that's all the common law requires. The conversationn raise greater awareness around it. But again, my name change, the name change of lots of individuals who have not, historically, been always disadvantaged in the law.
