How Does a Back Test Really Work?

Most back test things I'm kind of skeptical because I don't think they're testing really the right stuff for how someone would actually invest but the net net ones are fine and The thing that I would talk about people when they ask like sure I do a lot of times people ask should I do a small investment Size they want to explain it something else. It's almost always a company They know less about and so they're saying I think it's cheap on a quantitative basis. That's almost always what they suggest and it could work out You'd have to kind of look at it and kind of measure how that would work out, depending on how you define it.
