Bob Greene: What's your take on things lately in Ukraine? There's about to be this apparently big Ukrainian offensive. Have you had any thoughts on this? He says if Democrats and Republicans can agree on it, maybe Ukrainians and Russians can as well. Greene: I believe that the biggest of the divide in the world is no longer East West, North,. South, Communist, capitalist. It's increasing between a world of order and a world of disorder. Countries are fracturing and fragmenting in our hemisphere.
