When you have a vision and you can align everybody towards that, it's really not hard to get gifted people to come along. And I think that's really where I was able to succeed with a lot of the companies that was in every company I've ever started as opposed to took over. You know, my first company, Micro Solutions, we sold for 6 million, a million of that went to employees. We had 80 employees and so there were a lot of really happy people at the time.
