This is the second time this term that the Supreme Court basically completely ignored that the challenger to a law did not have standing. The other was 303 creative V. Alenis, which we did last week where we had a lady basically being like, well, what if a gay person asked me to make a website for them? Right. So we're forced to put the question of standing behind us. And we get on to the merits of the case, which is whether the Biden administration through its Department of Education has the authority to forgive student loan debt in this instance.
