Do You Have a Talented Leadership Team?
You need to quickly have, starting with the leadership level, a leadership team that is rowing in the same direction. By the 12 month mark, you really want that team operating in a rhythm together. Most of the CEOs that we've spent time with, I'm actually surprised how intentional they are about their time. And then they go back each month and say, did I spend time on the things that I said were important? Did I actually spend the time and put my quote, money where my mouth is on those priorities?
