Pastors - Are You Taking Responsibility for Your Behaviour?

Lile, i would love to hear what are the issues that you're seeing most predominantly in pastors lives that that need growth. The first thing is for pastors to take responsibility for their choices and the way and their behavior so that they can create the bandwit to grow. So many of our churches are polluted with what i call random acts ofipe,. Instead of saying, hey, here's where we want it ogese, are the tools that we need to get there. I think thit's a lttle bit even what russell 's talking about in his session is, is the real intentionality of what's the goal and where are we going.
