i think pen palinkim is an important topic in part because the communication within the system in general is really difficult. I mean, i can't tell you how just upsetting it is to get a call and then for some reason the call drops. A letter takes weeks. There's times where, you know, i've written something om innoto to someone, and they may not get that letter for a month or longer. And our communication outside doesn't mirror the kind of communication that you have with some one who's in prison, lone.
