Where's Your God?
In Psalm 42, a masculine of the sons of Korah says he longs for God and his help in distress. He asks: "Why are you cast down on my soul? And why are you disquieted within me?" We get so often assaulted by that question; where's your God? In those moments, we might be our own accuser. The evil one might be the accuser, or those around us may be the accuser that ask that question. But yet in this moment, Lord, we know where you are. You are with us at all times without you.
