The Left Foot Is the One That Keeps You Going, You Know?

i think all of us probably have some parts of am either, you know, whether it's our current job, or whether it's something new that we're trying to learn. And for me, as a leader, i've done a lot of work to to build teams and to help people navigate difficult team dynamics. On the prototyping side, that's where i'm constantly pushing and stretching and there's actually an implication for me personally in creative work. There are so many different pieces and facets of what we teach at the tea school and of design that i think people an can resinate with.
