Karen Drexler: Even before negotiation begins, you can sense the kind of nervous system that might be your counterpart. She says to encounter someone who has an extremely imbalanced nervous system or is not mindful of what is managing their nervous system they will need to find a way to move quickly and effectively. "If I'm completely aligned and my nervous system is aligned, I know what I want," she says.
