Robert: I think people like to learn more. Pride is a big thing and setting high standards is really important. We allocate all of our engineers one day every two weeks for Freedom Friday, where they can advance their own career in whatever way that might be. Deepika: Do people get motivated when they get to do the training on the technology they like? What are your thoughts? Robert: Yeah, I guess at Spectrix we're quite lucky in that we have a really big commitment to learning and development.
