Do Subjunctives Work With Advanced Students?

Adriana: I use it for my Spanish students all the time with my advanced students to introduce subjunctive mood and the past subjunctive. So we do a story about his mother wanted him to be and in Spanish that is keria que, then we get this subjunctive past tense after that which is difficult. There's a lot of advanced structures going on there. Yes, it does. And I highly advise doing it with your advanced classes, especially when they're in preparation for big, scary, looming exams. It's something different. It allows them to kind of relax. They will thank you for that.
