Who Owns What in the Fabric Realm?

There's never really a clear ownership or organizations are not putting in governance that says we need one or two admins. The majority of people working in a workspace are contributors, people making content. Where I see things potentially being more effective here is a lot central BI is more of the governing body around central BIs. That governing body decides, okay, you need a workspace request it from us. We'll get you the workspace. And make sure you identify who is the owner of this workspace when there's something wrong.
