Is a Good Conglomerate Going After Quality Shareholders?

A successful conglomerate will go out of its way to try to attract quality shareholders. When it's not successful, it ends spectacularly. The last time there was a legitimate conglomerate boom was actualy the 19 sixties. A good conglomerate about pursuing efficiency and allowing the most seam transactions and transfers of value to occur. Bad conglomerates really just become completely tolerant of inefficiency whire. They almost breed inefficiency.
