What Are Some Common Blind Spots in Leadership?
A leader will often have sort of an attitude where he or she will say, come come in here and train my people. O, so as the business doner, as the c eo, we need to be self aware our blind spots are in relation to leading our team. We can ask for help, or we can get skill sets that that close those gaps. In your experience, what are some common blind spots that we have as leaders? That's a really good question. You know, i think sometimes the blind spots are part of the environment.
