How Did Education Fare During Cove at 19?

In some schools, 25 % of students failed to complete their education last year. This is a crisis that hasn't really been dealt with. And the worst part, in my view, is that it was not unforeseeable. If you zoom out past the united states and look at the world right now, there are two billion people who need to be educated. They're never going to get education on the level that university th United States can provide.
