The most important thing in this business is dealflo. People will reciprocate overtime, and they will include you in rounds because of the reciprocity effect. Don't be afraid to help other people out, or ask for help and be of service. The only thing i can think there e is to be level headed, a camming, stabilizing force in our industry.
