The Burnt Offering of Abraham and Isaac

Abraham set out for the place God had told him about on the third day. He took with him two of his servants and his son Isaac. Abraham built an altar there and arranged the wood on it. Then he reached out his hand to slay his son But the angel the Lord said do not lay a hand on the boy.
