How Do We Practice That More?

Laura Ling: The people that I do feel the closest to are the ones that are just there. They're those people that when you leave you go, wow, I felt like I was the only person in that room for that moment. So one of the things I do is I try to do one thing at a time. That's a little challenging, but really one thing really means one thing. It doesn't have to be one hour. You don't have to meditate for five hours or a half hour. Just as often as you can throughout the day, remind yourself of that single goal of taking a deep breath and enjoying it.
