There was a lot of planning around the idea that Saddam would blow up the oil fields for example so we were planning for all these things and none of them happened. And I think what Tony meant when he talked about these Amazon actors coming in was that the Iranians in particular and Al Qaeda became involved in a way that you could argue we should have foretold but the scale of it we certainly didn't. We also did make assumptions that the Americans were planning maybe more than they did more than happened That was clear when we actually went in.
